RESERVATION TERMS
Puppies can be reserved online with a $300 non-refundable deposit. If picking up in store, the balance will be required within 48 hours of deposit. If purchasing online, the balance will be required prior to delivery.
Puppies can be reserved for 7 days if payment is made in full (payment is non-refundable). If you are planning to pick up in store after paying in full, and the puppy is not picked up within 7 days, the puppy will be made available for adoption again. For online purchases, if payment is made in full and delivery is not confirmed within 7 days, the puppy will be made available for adoption again.
** Purchaser MUST be present for the delivery or in-store purchase and provide a government-issued photo ID in your name. We cannot release the puppy to any friend, family, or surrogate.
