Our Process
In Store Visit
If you live near the Northwest Arkansas area and want to pick up from our store, please drop in
for a visit! You can meet the puppies in person and ask our salespeople lots of questions before
making a decision. They can sit you down with different breeds and help match you with the
puppy that best fits your lifestyle.
If you think you’ve already spotted your perfect match online, you can leave a $300
non-refundable deposit–good for 48 hours–and come pick up your puppy in the
store.
Once you arrive, your salesperson will go over training instructions, feeding instructions, and
ongoing medical care. You’ll be provided with a folder packed with helpful information, as well as
your puppy’s up-to-date vaccination record and paperwork.
Rest assured, your pup has undergone a thorough nose-to-tail health examination by a
licensed veterinarian. Citipups requires that each vet use our stringent vet check report for
every puppy examined to make sure that no bodily detail is overlooked.
Your salesperson will also go over all our warranties and policies in detail. You’ll sign some
final paperwork, and you can take your new family member home the same day!
Most importantly, we stay in touch! Those first two weeks at home are a pivotal adjustment
period. Not only will you have numbers for your salesperson and our office staff; you’ll also have
the number for our after-hours helpline, which you can call after business hours, seven days a
week, with urgent questions or concerns.
Puppy Delivery
Once you’ve chosen your furry companion and made your payment online, our office will reach
out to discuss specific travel arrangements and answer any questions you might have – we
have a wealth of knowledge to share!
We’ll go over all your options for ground or air travel, including options for a travel companion
(flight nanny). We’ll provide full pricing details and answer all your travel questions so you can
make an informed travel decision.

Finally, it’s time to meet your puppy! We’ll rendezvous at the appointed location where you’ll
sign the necessary documents and receive a folder containing your puppy’s up-to-date
vaccination record and paperwork, along with lots of useful puppy care information.
