visiting their kennels; consulting with them on everything from kennel modifications to
healthcare and vaccination trends to the breeds and characteristics we’ve heard customers
clamoring for. Not only do we provide you with the reassuring transparency of the breeder’s
personal information; we also offer you the peace of mind that can only come with decades of
time-tested trust and breeder friendship.

A Citipups customer will know the names and numbers of their salesperson, our office staff, and
a customer service team available after-hours for questions and concerns. It’s not uncommon
